Screenshots

The purpose of the screenshots displayed below is that you get a first impression on the functionality and the user interface of TimeKeeper. They only provide a small insight into the functional range of this software. To get a complete overview on the possibilities of TimeKeeper you should take a look on the Online Help, which (sorry for that) is only available in German.

Work Orders View

The Work Orders View lists all work orders a user has to execute for one project. A filter can be used to also display completed work orders. With the right permission also work orders of different users can be displayed:

Work Time View

The Work Time View is used to display your own working times and, if the appropriate permissions are set, the working times of project members assigned to you. You can change the table content using configurable filters and sorters:

Accounting View

In the Accounting View the project member generates his reports for the different accounts with just a few mouse clicks. There only those accounts are selectable, for which the user has recorded but not balanced working hours corresponding to the given accounting period:


An accounting report is an automatic generated PDF file, which can include a scanned signature. Before storing this report in the database, a preview is displayed where the user can validate the content and, if necessary, discard it:

Calendar

Because of the user specific configuration, the personel calendar knows the users holidays. This calendar can also be used to record vacation days and and other absence times:

As a result, all program components know the planned working time and consider this information ´within the different reporting functions.

Team View

The Team View is used to display the organizations and employees involved in a project. The organization lead (who does not need to be member of the organization) uses this view to manage his project members:

Commercial View

In the Commercial View the organization lead defines the hourly rates and accounts (with their timed usage in the project structure) used in the selected project. Moreover this view is used to define the commercial roles:
